This program is a great intermediate course to get you on the right track to making sustainable lifestyle changes. Upon program completion, you will understand the process of goal setting and leave well on your way to hitting your long-term goals. This program includes 7 session over the course of 3 months.
Ideal program schedule:
Initial Session (Week 1): 1 hour
Week 2 follow up session: 30 minutes
Week 4 follow up session: 30 minutes
Week 6 follow up session: 30 minutes
Week 8 follow up session: 30 minutes
Week 10 follow up session: 30 minutes
Week 12 follow up session: 30 minutes
A medication review is included with all coaching plans. This review can help identify potential interactions or therapeutic duplications. Any information provided as a result of this review should be discussed with your prescriber prior to making any medication changes.
