The key is moving in ways that feel good and are consistent.

3. Recovery & Sleep

Rest is when your body heals and resets. Without enough of it, stress hormones climb, cravings get stronger, and your energy takes a hit. Quality sleep and intentional recovery give your body the chance to repair, restore, and come back stronger.

4. Stress Management

Ongoing stress is one of the biggest disruptors of hormonal balance. Simple practices like deep breathing, journaling, prayer, or even stepping outside for a few minutes can calm your nervous system and shift your body out of survival mode. Little moments of pause make a big difference over time.
